* $400 minimum up to 5000 square feet ($50 off if cad file (dwg) floor plan is provided)
* .08 cents per square foot over 5000 square feet

Multi-Family (13R)
* .08 cents per square foot if cad files are provided
* .10 cents per square foot without cad files
(Add .01 cent per square foot if attic protection is required)

Terms:
* 50% is due up front and can be paid using PayPal on the order page of this site. After I have received the deposit and the project design information (see "design" page), your project will be scheduled for design. (Most projects are completed in less than a week from being scheduled). Upon completion of the plan I will email you PDF "snapshots" of your design, the material list (if ordered), and an invoice showing credit for your payment and the balance due. When the balance bue is received, the submittal plan, the calculations, and the technical data sheets will be emailed to you.
(Printing and mailing available for $75)
These prices include:
Fire sprinkler design, N.I.C.E.T. Stamp, PDF and/or DWF copy of the plan (emailed), hydraulic calculations, technical data sheets, and corrections required by the Authority Having Jurisdiction.
These prices do not include:
Printing costs, fire alarm design, plan submittal, submittal fees, permit fees, plan review fees, third party review fees and/or stamps.
(PE stamp available in some states. The cost is $125 per sheet.)
